DreamFlyte ("we," "our," or "us") is a product of Parlor Exchange Global LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit dreamflyte.co or use the DreamFlyte platform (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not use the Service.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration: name, email address, and password
  • Business profile information you share during onboarding (business type, stage, goals, revenue information)
  • Coaching session inputs: messages, responses, and business details you share with our AI coaching system
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

1.3 Payment Information

We do not collect or store your payment card information directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. When you subscribe to DreamFlyte, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only limited transaction data (e.g., subscription status, last four digits of card, billing date) necessary to manage your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide, operate, and improve the DreamFlyte AI coaching platform
  • Personalize your coaching experience based on your business stage, goals, and history
  • Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe
  • Send transactional communications (receipts, account notices, password resets)
  • Send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including:

  • Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Anthropic (AI infrastructure powering the coaching engine)
  • Lovable (platform infrastructure)

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.3 Business Transfers

If Parlor Exchange Global LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3.4 Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

Coaching session data and business profile information are retained to enable continuity of your coaching experience across sessions — this is a core feature of the platform. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@dreamflyte.co.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in to your account
  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze how the Service is used
  • Improve platform performance

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure database architecture through Supabase with row-level security, and access controls limiting who can access user data.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly

8. Children's Privacy

DreamFlyte is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us at support@dreamflyte.co.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
