Terms of Service

DreamFlyte is an AI-powered entrepreneurship coaching platform that provides personalized business guidance, direction, and coaching to entrepreneurs at all stages of business development. The platform uses artificial intelligence to deliver coaching conversations, business assessments, action plans, and strategic guidance based on information you provide.

DreamFlyte is a coaching and educational tool. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, medical, or investment advice. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional advice, and you should consult qualified professionals for guidance in those areas.

To use DreamFlyte, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access DreamFlyte's coaching features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

4.1 Subscription Plan

DreamFlyte offers a single subscription plan at $19.99 per month ("Subscription"). Your Subscription gives you full access to the DreamFlyte coaching platform, including all AI coaching sessions, assessments, and platform features.

4.2 Billing

Your Subscription begins on the date you complete registration and payment. You will be billed $19.99 on the same date each month going forward. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@dreamflyte.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the platform through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

4.4 Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@dreamflyte.co and we will review your request.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

You agree to use DreamFlyte only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI model, prompts, or coaching logic
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the platform to others
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to the coaching system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive others
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform's content, coaching frameworks, or methodologies without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6.1 Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of the DreamFlyte platform — including but not limited to the AI coaching methodology, Think Tank framework, curriculum, brand identity, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Parlor Exchange Global LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the business information, goals, and content you share with DreamFlyte through coaching sessions. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the coaching Service for you.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

DreamFlyte's coaching is powered by artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI coaching is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice
• The coaching provided is for educational and informational purposes only
• Business outcomes cannot be guaranteed — results depend on your actions, market conditions, and many factors outside our control
• The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the coaching guidance and any business decisions you make based on it
• We are not liable for any business losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on the coaching

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using DreamFlyte, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLOR EXCHANGE GLOBAL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Defects in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARLOR EXCHANGE GLOBAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parlor Exchange Global LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at support@dreamflyte.co and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
• No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
